Visionary Insights is a growing retail-based face-to-face marketing company serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We connect customers with trusted home improvement solutions while creating growth opportunities for motivated people starting careers in sales, marketing, and leadership.
Our team represents leading home improvement brands through professional in-person conversations inside retail locations. We focus on customer service, brand representation, lead generation, sales training, and leadership development.
We currently support LeafFilter campaigns inside Lowe's locations throughout the DMV.

Nathan Vallin
Founder & Director of Operations
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and a first-generation Brazilian, Nathan Vallin built his early career through customer service, communication, and personal discipline. Alongside his professional growth, he developed a strong interest in the stock market, especially options trading, which helped shape his mindset around performance, consistency, risk, and long-term growth.
Looking for a career that combined relationship-building, leadership, and opportunity, Nathan transitioned into sales and marketing. He began his journey in Atlanta, where his results, work ethic, and commitment to leadership development helped him advance into a Director of Operations role.
Since May 2025, Nathan has led the DMV market across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, supporting LeafFilter through retail-based face-to-face marketing campaigns in Lowe's locations. His focus is on developing people, delivering strong customer experiences, maintaining client satisfaction, and building sustainable company growth.
Under his leadership, Visionary Insights continues to grow while staying committed to professionalism, team development, and exceptional customer service.
